These past few weeks have been crazy.
Right after the Taipei trip, I was busy almost everyday with N.B.A trainings and JD trainings.
So Juste Debout have ended on Sunday.
That week was a tiring one.
A-wei and Ah-meng came down so we brought them around everyday!
It was great having them as they never fail to make me laugh despite their constant bullying. Haha.
And it really inspire me a lot seeing how bad they wanted to win.
They really worked hard for it.
Me and Forest didn't make it thru to the Top 8.
I was very disappointed.
Not because we didn't make it thru.
But because I knew that I did badly and it wasn't up to my own expectations.
Halfway while waiting for the results, I couldn't hold myself any longer.
I was fulling out and dancing one corner by myself with my cap pulled down low.
I didn't want anyone to know that I was crying.
But of course it wasn't that easy. Haha.
So thanks to those who tried to cheer me up. (:
Despite not being in the Top 8, it was exciting enough watching the action.
I felt so patriotic cheering for our fellow Singaporeans.
Of course I cheered for our friends from overseas as well.
It hurts to not have Singapore locking champions but at the same time I feel happy for A-wei and Ah-meng.
They truly deserve it after joining so many battles together.
Through Juste Debout, with the presence of a minister, I hope the dance scene in Singapore will be stronger in the time to come.
(:
